Mrs. Jennifer Gunter

Hello! My name is Jennifer Gunter and I am the school counselor at Meadow View Elementary School. My counseling program will be comprehensive in scope, preventative in design, and developmental in nature as defined by the American School Counselors Association National Model. I will focus my classroom lessons on three areas: academic development, career exploration, and personal and social skills. In addition to classroom lessons, I will provide individual and small group counseling. A school counselor does not provide “therapy.” However, I am always prepared and willing to provide community resource referrals. I am also available to parents who may need reference materials for your child’s special needs, help improving parent-child communication, or help exploring ways to help their child succeed. I am excited and honored to have the opportunity to work with the families here at Meadow View.
